Muhammad Mustafa Khan
MSW, RSW | Co-Founder & Clinical Director

I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker trained at the University of Toronto, with experience spanning hospitals, schools, and community mental health across Canada and Pakistan. My journey has included roles at the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), Workman Arts.
At Jeena, my practice focuses on the intersection of ADHD, OCD, and trauma through a social justice and systems-oriented lens. I see clients as experts in their own lives; my role is to provide the clinical tools such as ERP and the STAND program to help you build a life rooted in dignity and safety, not just survival. I am committed to dismantling the hierarchies often found in therapy to ensure a collaborative, non-hierarchical path to healing.

Samah Ikram
MA, RDT, LCAT | Co-Founder & Creative Lead

I am a Pakistani-American Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Registered Drama Therapist, trained at New York University. My work uses story, movement, music, and art to address psychological issues when words get stuck or feel too small. Having worked in NYC hospitals and non-profit settings, I specialize in trauma-informed, body-based healing that honors cultural complexity and belonging.

As a co-founder of Crossing Borders, I am dedicated to global conversations about community resilience and mental health advocacy. At Jeena, my vision is to introduce drama therapy to Lahore, creating accessible, creative spaces that dismantle traditional clinical hierarchies. I believe in fostering empathy through play and storytelling, inviting clients to be co-creators of their own change and healing narrative.
